Fifth, no but a lot of it will be issued in press releases. It will be along the lines of 'experts told us this so we did that'. You won't see individuals getting punished on the back of this consultancy work, and the video evidence will only be used as proof to back up their recommendations.
I think the alternative angle will be that this will be used in a case to get the extra capacity.

At a grand per match I'd hope it was more significant than that, but I fear you're right. Global Protection Group aren't really specialists in this field and it looks to me like a big waste of time and money that is only really to show that the club are doing something rather than nothing.

gank - are the Club trying to do something like the FFA did in Australia where they employed a security company to film fans and gather intelligence.
From the security company's website that was involved:
“We understand the complexity and scope of such events can provide all facets of the security management required including assisting our clients to minimise the impact that poor media exposure can have on their brand and consequently the event”.

Sadly there is no law against filming people as long as it's not used for commercial reasons , as they were in the stadium then they must have been given permission to do so , anyone in block can ask the the who they are and what the film is being used for , if commercial then you can ask you image to be removed . Anyone on Twitter can ask Gold .
